Book Review: Nowhere To Run

By Mary Jane Behrends Clark

5 Stars

This book, Nowhere To Run, is a very intense mystery and a very compelling choice for a thriller story, so if there is anyone out there who loves a mystery where you have to really pay attention because you never know when something big might happen, this book is for you. And I personally enjoyed it very well, mainly because of how well written it was and how interesting the main character was. She was very motivated to figure out what was really going on for the entire story and that made reading this book very entertaining and fun. The story was very complex, and there were so many unexpected twists and turns that genuinely surprised and shocked me. I also love how interested I was in the character as the main character had a mental spiral throughout the story trying to uncover the truth of what happens in this story. The book personally made me feel very engaged because the whole time, I was just in this loophole of trying to figure out who the villain was of the story, just like the main character was, and trying to figure it out by paying attention to each character introduced into the story. I think that’s what made me give it a 5/5, just because of the fact that it made me feel so engaged with the story, and I know it would have that effect on so many other people who choose to read this book.
