Warriors: A Starless Clan Thunder by Erin Hunter is the 4th installment of the latest Warriors story arc, which explores more of the mysteries and lore already established in the Warriors universe. Frostpaw's trust has been broken, and she goes on a quest to seek guidance from Riverstar to receive the answers she needs. Her journey is at stake due to high tensions between Shadowclan and Riverclan, resulting in the threat of war on the horizon. Along the way, she receives help from a chosen warrior. Will she be able to bring back peace and order to Riverclan?
Erin Hunter's writing was quite frankly amazing. The way she brings these characters to life in truly riveting ways has me constantly keeping up with the series. She also created this series with multiple story arcs and a fully fleshed world with more to discover and learn about. This is the main appeal because the book captures the wonder of exploring what people love in their typical fantasy books. She ties loose ends together, creating a coherent story with lots told and even more to be found. Erin Hunter is an amazing writer with lots of experience. This was the first book of this arc to catch my eye. The writing was incredible, and she was finally able to bring to fruition the story and emotions of the characters more coherently and fluidly. This book has kept me on edge, and I cannot wait to read the next one!
