At first, watching the film, I noticed great actors playing in this film such as Timothee Chalamet, Zendaya, Oscar Issac, Jason Mamoa, Josh Brolin, and Rebecca Ferguson which is amazing to see that many recognizable casts in this one film together. The person that amazed me the most is Rebecca Ferguson, but all the other cast were amazing as well. I've also grown fond of this film and how it's a bit similar feeling to watching Star Wars movies, where the music, visual/cinematic style, and special effects - which is like a different experience to watch. You can tell that this film was put into a unique kind of atmosphere of its own, and its own large scale of storytelling.
But as far as giving an opinion of this film, I don't know if I could give a good opinion. It's a film where you questioned that Is the film adapted to the original storyline from the book because this film is based on the book, which I haven't read. But I would say that watching 2 hours of this film can get you from the get-go till the end of the movie. The ending of the film didn't feel like the "ending".
But I do enjoy this film because it's a unique type of sci-fi/fantasy movie and follows the futuristic and gigantic world to get into - which creates a different experience. I personally enjoyed this movie, although I wouldn't say it's everyone's cup of tea.
