Fundraising

The Friends of the Library operates used book sales usually twice a year in the auditorium of the McLaughlin branch. Upcoming sales will be posted on the library website.

Throughout the year, a selection of used books and magazines for sale can be found at all four branches. Customers can choose a book and donate to the Library through the Friends. No contribution is too small!

Donating Books to the Friends of the Library

You can drop off your donations to the McLaughlin Branch during our building construction project.

Book donations can be dropped off at the south Shipping and Receiving entrance of the McLaughlin Branch, 65 Debwewin Miikan (formerly Bagot Street), during regular business hours. The Shipping and Receiving doors are locked. Please use the call button so staff can remotely unlock the door, giving you access to the dedicated donations shelving.
