This book is about the journey of Sasha Silver, a very talented equestrian, trying to balance challenging competition/ competitors, friendships and her own personal growth. During this journey, Sasha faces new challenges and obstacles with her horse. I like how there is an engaging plot with drama, competition and room for personal growth. The characters are relatable; they struggle with real problems, especially how they face their own problems. I also like how this book has themes such as rivalry, friendship, and personal challenges, giving emotional depth and allowing the readers to connect with the characters on a more personal level. Something I didn't really like about this book is the pacing. Sometimes, the book goes really fast during some scenes, and then some scenes seem to slow down. There is also limited perspective, which can restrict the insight into other characters' thoughts and their motivations, making the story feel somewhat one-sided. Some issues and storylines might remain unresolved or only partially addressed by the end of the book. This can be very frustrating for readers who prefer complete and satisfying resolutions within a single book. There is also a lack of significant new obstacles in the plot, which could lead to a sense of stagnation. Recurring conflicts between characters and very similar challenges in each book may seem repetitive to the readers who have been reading the books for a long time.
