By Holly Jackson
5 Stars
Holly Jackson created another unputdownable five-star read. The Reappearance of Rachel Price follows Annabel 'Bel' Price, who's lived in the shadow of her mom and her mysterious disappearance. Gone for 16 years and not a shred of evidence of her since Rachel Price is presumed dead, and yet she still lingers through every hall Bel goes through. When the Price family agrees to a documentary, Bel just wants everything to be done with. For everyone to stop talking about her mom's disappearance, and especially for people to stop questioning her about a day she can't remember. But when Rachel reappears after so many years and with a story that doesn't line up, Bel tries to uncover the truth of what really happened to her mom. This book was a gripping and exciting story. As I was reading, I was itching to know what really happened to Rachel Price for those 16 years and just as curious as Bel to know what happened on the day of the disappearance. I absolutely loved reading Bel's intricate thoughts and seeing inside her head as things started to unfold. This book had me racking my head trying to uncover things just as Bel was. Holly Jackson wrote another amazing book filled with twists and turns that I couldn't predict and a plot with characters that will have me thinking about for weeks.
